“We started using BBQ as a way to give to our community. As we grew, we received feedback on the quality and taste of Richard’s BBQ. After work one day, Richard said, “We are opening a BBQ restaurant!” We took a leap of FAITH and began our journey to R&S BBQ and Richard retired from his 12-year career at Baylor University.
